Do you give estimates?
Certainly, but with jobs of any significant scope, they are truly estimates, not a bid.
Are you licensed?
No, I am fully insured, but not licensed, which means I can only do work of a casual nature. For me, that means anything short of a full remodel, though AZ law does require that any individual job I do be under $1,000. If you do need work requiring a licensed contractor, I have one I work with as needed. Obviously his involvement will alter the terms and costs
What area do you serve?
I stick mostly to the north valley. But I am willing to go most anywhere in the valley or up north, however, anything more than 15miles from Anthem will require a trip charge.
Do you provide a military of 1st responder discount?
YES! Our son is in the Navy and our son-in-law if a firefighter (and former Army) . Hourly rate drops to $50.
