• replace missing/damaged tiles
• Install of small areas, including shower surrounds
• Laminate flooring (but not over large areas–as in whole house. My back isn’t up to it anymore)

Paint and finish

• Whole house (I have a near-industrial sprayer, but I am not nearly as efficient as a dedicated painter)

Roofing

• Nope! (I don’t do roofing in general, but I’ll tackle small fixes as listed below)
• I can do minor roof repairs, like re-sealing vent pipes and other roof penetrations, replacing tiles, shingles (small numbers/areas)

• Gutters (I have installed new gutters on a small trailer. on a big house you want a specific gutter guy) Also leaf-guard systems.

• Door and window replacement/install (Individually and small numbers–not whole house–particularly with windows)

• Also don’t do pool work (not even my own)
• No pavers
• NO TRASH HAUL_OFF (sorry, but my pickup is full of tool boxes and I do not have a trailer)
